Complex Calling flows may be duplicated.
To duplicate, navigate to Flows and next to the Flow to be duplicated, click the ‘Copy’ icon:
Click ‘OK’ at the pop-up window. The next screen will show the Edit Flow screen and automatically populates with the words ‘COPY OF’ followed by the original Call Flow name. This name can be edited at will to reflect any changes.
All elements and settings of the original Call Flow will be duplicated and present in the newly copied flow. These elements can be edited as needed. As a recommended best practice, if additional steps are needed, a new Flow is recommended.
